  I love this place! Small and quaint as both a storefront and a sandwich shop in front of an actual cheese factory. All the cheeses are made in house with tons of locally-sourced organic ingredients. You get to watch your food be made. And afterwards the small storefront features tons of local cheeses fruits and jams and cured meats and other really awesome items.

  Highly recommended! Grilled cheese and tomato soup have never been better. We drove from Seattle to San Diego, and this was,by far, the best lunch stop !
